You are eligible to get a refund for courses or digital products that reference a money-back guarantee or refund on the sales page of the product. If the product is eligible for a refund, you can get your money back within 30 calendar days after your purchase. In that case, send an email to support@sellmusicmasterclass.com within 30 days after purchasing the product and we will initiate a refund to your bank or PayPal account. You will receive the money within a few days or weeks after the refund is issued, depending on your card issuer’s policies and processing times.

If you paid the entire tuition fee upfront you can get a full refund within 48 hours after placing your order. If you signed up for the monthly installment plan, you can request a refund of your first payment within 48 hours after enrolling in the class and we will cancel all remaining installments. In order to get a full refund or cancel your payment plan, send an email to support@sellmusicmasterclass.com within 48 hours after placing your order.

Since this is an interactive online program with an active Facebook Mastermind, ongoing support and other services, you can’t get a refund for your purchase or cancel the recurring monthly installment payments if it’s been longer than 48 hours after placing your your order.

All remaining installment payments have to be paid and past payments are non-refundable.

What is a payment plan or installments?

A payment plan is a detailed plan for paying any outstanding debts. By buying a product or service with one of our payment plans, you agree to pay back a certain amount of money each month to repay the debt. These monthly payments are called installments and are non-refundable and can’t be canceled. While subscriptions can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle occurs, installments are to be continued until the outstanding debt is fully paid.

If you wish to pay the outstanding debt with a single payment, please contact support@sellmusicmasterclass.com. In that case you can pay off the remaining balance with one single payment and we will cancel your payment plan and installments.
